  1. The property is in a great area of Scottsdale, and the front desk staff was very accommodating. The pool area is fun and has a nice atmosphere, but the rooms could use some updating they feel quite dated. I’d consider this a mid-grade resort overall.
The valets were mostly wonderful, especially the Bauman team, who went above and beyond to help us. However, a couple of the morning valet staff were quite rude, which took away from the experience.
If you’re looking for a casual getaway that’s not overly fancy, this is a solid option. But if you prefer something a bit more elevated, I’d recommend exploring other nearby properties.

  2. I visited the Omni Resort using the Resort Day Pass for a friend’s birthday and loved the property. It’s really nice and the pool area is clean and relaxing. The overall atmosphere felt luxurious and perfect for a daycation.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. It took over 45 minutes to receive our chips and guac, and 45 minutes to an hour for the protein bowl to arrive. It seemed like there was only one server covering both the upstairs and downstairs areas, which likely caused the delay. The server was very kind and even offered to comp our protein bowl, which I really appreciated, but the long wait times made the experience less enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a stunning resort and great for lounging by the pool, but I’m on the fence about returning due to the slow service, especially since there are so many other resort day pass options nearby.
